Senior Yoga

This class will include both Yoga and Tai Chi, designed to improve flexibility and balance. This class is suitable for people who are not comfortable getting down on the floor. Chairs and the barre may be used to adapt some exercises. Shoes can be left on or off as barefoot is optional.
