This is a moving practice (gentle or vigorous) focusing on alignment, strength, and mobility. Props may be used to modify the postures to enhance the individual experience. Postures are held for 1 - 5 breaths.

This class is all on the floor. Good stretches and restorative in nature. No strength required. We will use bolsters, blocks, and sandbags. This class is for all levels and is a good complement to our cardio classes. Nice way to relax after a good, hard workout!
