Ingredients:
3 cups shredded carrots
1 cup grated or chopped red apple
½ cup fat-free yogurt (plain, vanilla, pineapple)
½ cup canned, crushed pineapple, lightly drained
½ cup raisins
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; toss until blended & coated. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
